	Chest or Bust - 2 expanded around
	Waist - 4 narrowest point below rib cage around
	Hips - 6 at widest point around
	Hoop - 7 all round body measurement = measure taken from bone at base of neck down through crotch and up to hollow of throat
	Inside Arm - 8 length (body to wrist bone)
	Around Bicep - 9 expanded
	Inside Leg - 13 crotch to ankle bone
	Upper Thigh - 14 at widest point around
All measurements to be taken standing in inches. Get someone else to measure you. Keep tape tight (no slack). Double check all measurements. If any problems ring / fax / e- mail C Bear.
